Member Advanced Search

Advanced Member search is available on the Members tab by expanding the Advanced Search section. Members can be found using the advanced search based on any of the following. Note if multiple values are entered they all must match the result - AND logic is used.

Member Type	Select individual member type or All Membership / All Non Memberships
Legal Entity	Member Legal Entity
Classification / Classification Type	Member classification and (optionally) matching classification type
Alternate ID Type / Alternate ID	Member Alternate ID Type and/or alternate ID (When enabled)
City, State, Postcode, Country	Part of either address of any person on the membership (see last 3 options below)
Phone Number	Phone numebr of any type for any person on the membership (see last 3 options below)
Person's Role	Persons role
Attribute /  Attribute Type	Person attribute and (optionally) matching attribute type.
Document Type	Invoice number for any document recorded for the member
Online Payment Reference	When a payment has been made via an online payment gateway this is the payment reference created by the gateway. This should be visible in your payment gateway.
Branch	Member Branch (when enabled)
BPAY Reference	member BPAY reference
Person Company	Company field recorded on a person
Email	Person email address
Receipt Number	Receipt number of any payment recorded agaisnt the member. These will begin with SS for online payments
Total Transaction Amount	Total amount of a single invoice.
Only Search Main Person's Details	If checked, any field that relates to a person will be matched to the main person on the membership only
Include Event Guests	If checked, any person marked as an event guest (these get added when the attend an event as a guest of the membership and this feature is enabled) will be matched and included in the results.
Include Inactive People	If checked, any person marked as inactive will be matched and returned int he results.
