There are 2 reasons why you cannot create a subscription invoice for an individual member (See This Article for how to do that).
- Firstly, if the member does not have a subscription code of that type, will see a message saying: "This membership does not have any subscriptions / Renewal Invitations that they are responsible for paying." If you see this message and you are sure that the member has an active subscription, then ensure
i) that they are responsible for paying that subscription and that it is not billed to a parent member;
ii) that you have select the correct transaction type between Renewal invitation and subscription. - The member has an outstanding pending transaction for that subscription code. This is indicated by the message "If the checkbox is disabled then the subscription has pending transactions and cannot be updated until the pending transactions have been processed." If you see this you need to either delete or process pending transactions under Administration / Accounting / Process Pending Transactions
