To delete an Additional Person:
- Click on the People tab of which the Additional person is attached
- Click on the Delete button hyperlink on the right hand side of the Additional Person you wish to delete.
- You will receive a message asking “Are you sure you wish to delete this additional person?” Click Yes to proceed.
Note: you can simply make an Additional Person ‘Inactive’ by amending their Status if you wish to retain the History of the details.
Note: You CANNOT Delete the Main Person as every membership has to have a Main Person record.
