If your MemNet user has permission to manage accounts, you will have access to an Edit Invoice header button when viewing invoice details on the Invoices tab.
Clicking this button will allow you to:
- Change the Document Date (see note below)
- Change the Due Date of the invoice
- Change the contact person for the invoice (where more than one person exists on the membership)
- Add or change the External Reference
- Change the Force Self Service Payment option
- Select a Debtor Assessment code if used for reporting.
- Add a Comment to the invoice. The comment gets displayed on the invoice view.
Note: that the Document Date entered will be validated against the Accounting Cut Off Date if it has been set, not allowing you to back date Document Date equal to or prior to that date.
The Debtor Assessment Code and Comments will be printed on the Standard Report – Aged Debtors Report.
