If you have the Accounts Receivable module a button called Manage Transactions will be visible and this will allow you to complete a payment and generate manual invoices. There is a separate button called Manage Historic Payments that allows you to enquire on payment history and manage refunds/dishonoured transactions. These buttons are available at the top of the Member Profile page and on the Invoice List page.
These two buttons are only available to users who have Accounts authority in their user profile.
Three tabs are available under Manage Transactions:
- Make Payments
- Create Manual Transaction
- Move Invoices
