When creating a New Event, you can tick the checkbox ‘Event has Table Plans’.
You will then be able to enter the Plan Name, the amount of tables that will be in your plan and what the default Table Size will be.
After filling in your information, Click Add.
If you are editing an existing event, Select the Table Allocations tab, enter the details for the table plan and click Create New.
This screen will take you to a detailed view of how you can manage and setup the way you would like the layout of your event.
A table has an initial structure that is made up of the name, number of tables and the default table size in terms of attendees. Once a Table Plan is created you can visit the Registrations and Options maintenance screens and link that Table Plan.
To now manage the plan click on the manage hyperlink. You will be presented with a screen that shows:

This will take you to a screen that lists the Tables in Table Number sequence. You can Re-order the Tables by dragging and dropping the Table to the position you wish the table to have in the sequence. |
