The Main Person is effectively the main point of contact when there are additional people added to the member’s account. Depending on your MEMNET configuration, the Main person can have access to additional information that relates to any people that are attached to the Main Person.
When a new member is added to a Main Person, it also adds the details of the Main Person. You can amend the details of the Main Person by clicking on the View Main Person button on the Member profile.
The details you can maintain for the Main Person and for each Additional Person is the same. The Main Person can be accessed from the same screen as the Additional People below but you can now also access the Main Person by clicking the ‘Go To Main Person Details’ button on the Member Profile.
