If your MemNet user has permission to manage accounts, you can edit the invoice line item details by:
- Finding the member.
- Finding the invoice on the members
- Clicking on the invoice to view the invoice detail.
- Clicking on the line item you wish to edit.
This will pop up a window that will allow you to edit:
- The text of the line item Description.
- The revenue Account Code assigned to the line item.
- The Job Code (MYOB) or Tracking Codes (XERO) assigned to the line item.
- The Service Start Date and Service Edit Date in accrual Accounting enabled.
Click the Save button to save the changes.
