Archiving Distributions

You can now archive past distributions. Archiving distributions will improve performance and aid in the management of your past distributions. 

Once archived, the distribution statistics and the details under the member on the contacts tabs remain unchanged. The list of recipients and any attachments will be deleted.

To archive Distributions

Tick the right-hand box to select distributions you wish to archive and click the Archive button.

You will be asked to confirm your selection:
 

Archived distributions will be indicated with a small black 'filed' icon. Tick boxes for archiving will also be removed, as the messages have already been archived. 

Compared to deleting a distribution, which permanently removes all of the details of the distribution, archiving retains the distribution statistics.
