There is a number of things that determine if your event will appear on Member self-service or not. They are:
- Ensure that "Available Online" is checked on the event details. An internet explorer icon will appear on the event list next to the event if Available Online is checked.
- Ensure that "Available Online" is also checked for at least one Registration. An internet explorer icon will appear in the status column of the registrations/Options list for each registration and option that is available online.
- Ensure that at least one registration type has an eligibility set for the person making the online booking, whether they are a member or non-member. This is set at the bottom of the registration settings. Open is available to everyone.
- "Book Events Online" must be selected within the Self Service configuration (Administration>System Configuration>Company Settings>Self Service). Bookings can be created using the URL directly to the event (Created by the Generate Self Service URL button within the event) when this is unchecked.
