Why are some members duplicated when I include MemberSubscriptions?

The MemberSubscriptions data source includes both the members current Active subscriptions and any Stopped subscription, including their subscription history. Any member who has had a subscription stopped and another restarted for any reason, (including changes to their subscription frequency) will appear twice or more on your report.

If you are interested only in a members current subscriptions you need to set the following filter on the Filters tab within your report:

MemberSubscriptions. Member Subscription Status  EQUALS  Active

Please Note: If a member has more than one Active subscription they will still appear more than once on the report.
