Yes, you can allow Inactive members to login. To enable this functionality go to Administration / Company Settings / Self Service and check Enable Inactive Members to Login:
Once logged in, an Inactive person will:
- Be given a website role of InactiveMember (to be used if you wish to hide content from Inactive members)
- Have restricted access to MEMNET database functions. This includes if enabled:

- Update details
- Pay Invoices
- Renew Subscriptions
- Book Events (but only at the Public price)
- Buy Merchandise (but only at the Public price)
