Can an Inactive member Login to renew subscriptions?

Yes, you can allow Inactive members to login. To enable this functionality go to Administration / Company Settings / Self Service and check Enable Inactive Members to Login:

Once logged in, an Inactive person will:

• Be given a website role of InactiveMember (to be used if you wish to hide content from Inactive members)
• Have restricted access to MEMNET database functions. This includes if enabled:
• • Update details
  • Pay Invoices
  • Renew Subscriptions
  • Book Events (but only at the Public price)
  • Buy Merchandise (but only at the Public price)
