To merge 2 members into one, go to Administration > Housekeeping > Member Merge.
- Search for and Select the Primary Member (the member record you would like to keep).
- You can select the person that will be used as the contact person for any event bookings that the duplicate person may have
- Then search for and select the Duplicate Member
- Select the person or people from the duplicate membership that you want to appear on the primary membership. All of the people who are selected will be added as additional people on the primary membership. Uncheck all people if you do not want additional people created on the primary membership.
- Click Merge Now

Uncheck all people if you do not want additional people created on the primary membership.
