You can control who can see, edit and copy (Save as) your Report Master report.
This is only relevant if you have multiple Report Master users if you have a single Report Master user then that user will have full access to all reports.
This is managed on the MISC tab within the report designed using the Rights Dropdown list. The available selections and behaviours are as follows. Once set the report needs to be saved for the right to take effect. Unless set to Full Access, this needs to be set by the report owner, that is the person who originally created the report.
None - Report does not display to any user except the owner.
Full Access - All users have full access to view, edit and copy the report.
Read Only -Users can view and copy the report (Save As) but not overwrite the original report.
View Only - Users can view the report, but cannot edit or copy (Save As) the report. (Same as Locked)
Locked - Users can view the report, but cannot edit or copy (Save As) the report. (Same as View Only)
Note: The report owner (the user who originally created the report) always have Full Access to the report.
