To register for a login online follow these simple steps:
1. Go to your members portal page. The URL for this is generally your MemNet URL with the word 'members' attached to the end of your organisation/association. For example, demo.memnet.com.au is your MemNet site and demomembers.memnet.com.au is your self service portal site.
2. Once on the webpage, you will need to Register for a login if you don't already have one.
3. Click on the Register button and enter the following details. The details in square brackets need to match exactly what is in your MemNet database. It is best practice to send a bulk email to all your members with their details attached using the "Insert Field" function. This is to ensure that your members have these details available as they need to match exactly for the registration to progress.
Member Code: [[MEMBERCODE]]
First Name: [[FIRSTNAME]]
Last Name: [[LASTNAME]]
Post Code: [[POSTALPOSTCODE]]
Username: Here you choose your own unique username as long as it is not already in use and is between 6-50 characters.
Once your details have been entered and you click the 'Register' button, you will receive an New User Registration email inviting you to set a password via the web link provided. The New User Registration email has a 24 hour expiry. If this time lapses the member will need to then use the Send Password Reset link on the Member Portal page instead.
