Optional Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions can be used to supply your members with additional membership options in addition to their regular membership fees.

Common Example's include:

• Support Packages
• Additional Insurance
• Access to exclusive mailing lists

How to configure optional subscriptions

When Editing the subscription select the box: Is this an Optional Subscription.

Available with subscriptions.

The optional subscription can be restricted to members who are subscribed to the selected subscriptions. When linked to the member's membership subscription, the optional subscription will have the same subscribed until date of the main subscription when renewed.

(Note: if using this feature, ensure your optional subscriptions are NOT set to be pro rata.)

If you want the optional subscription to be available to anyone at any time, do not select any membership subscriptions.

Members Renewal Process

When renewing your members will now see the set up optional subscriptions in the list and be able to select it and add it to their membership.
