Access a members Self Service portal as an admin user.

As a MemNet admin user, you can access a member's self-service portal as follows, this will show you a list of available "tiles" to access the particular self-service functions that are available. Depending on the configuration of your website or member self-service site the member may access each function directly thereby bypassing this initial page.

Find the member and the person (Click View Main Person to see the main person) whose self-service you want to access. Expand General Information and click the Open button.

Troubleshooting:

• I don't see the Open button. This button will not be displayed if the self-service module is not licenced. If you believe that this module is licenced and the button is not displaying, please contact MemNet support.
• Clicking the Open button does nothing. Clicking the open button will (should) pop open a new window to display the self-service functionality. This can be blocked by your browsers pop-up blocker or a 3rd party pop-up blocker installed on your browser or hardware. You will need to allow pop-ups from your MemNet site, for convenience please allow pop-ups "always" from this site.
