Create Product Categories

Products can be assigned to product categories in the online shop.
Categories are set up under System Configuration > Products > Manage Categories

Assign Products to Categories

Individual products can be assigned to their relevant categories.  A single product can be assigned to more than one category, where relevant. (Note: if you already have existing products in the shop, each will need to be edited individually to assign it to its appropriate category or categories.)

Start typing in the textbox to see a list of matching categories.

Filter by Category in the Shopping Cart

Visitors to the Shopping Cart can filter products by category in the search options.

Individual Category Pages

You can link directly to individual Category pages.

The link to individual category pages will be:

https://[Client].memnet.com.au/MemberSelfService/Merchandise.aspx?Category=XXX
     Where [client] relates to your specific MemNet Url
     and XXX in the product category.

Individual Product Pages

You can link directly to individual product pages.

The link to individual product pages will be:

https://[Client].memnet.com.au/MemberSelfService/Merchandise.aspx?ProductCode=XXX
     Where [client] relates to your specific MemNet Url
     and XXX in the product code.

An icon is provided on the product list page to copy the product code to your clipboard.
