MemNet Data Structure

The schematic diagram below displays the relationships between the various entities in MemNet including members and people.

Notes:

1. Each member has at least one person record (This is recorded as the main person) but can have many people. See How do I change the Main person on a Membership?
2. Subscription records and all invoicing (not shown) are held against the member. Each invoice has a contact person assigned who may be any person on the membership. The subscription held against the member may be invoiced to another member using parent subscription (if enabled). See Establish Parent and Parent Invoicing
3. Classifications and member custom fields, including those on custom tabs are held against the member. See Member Classifications
4. Each person has their own addresses and phone numbers (up to 6, one of each type).
5. Attributes function the same as classifications but are held at the person level. See Person Attributes
6. People have their own custom fields.
7. Organisation relationship is held at the person level (when organisations are set up). See How do I use Organisations?
