If you do not already have a MessageMedia account and want to enable SMS communications in MemNet please click here and complete the simple SMS sign up form.
After your MessageMedia Account has been created, you must enter the relevant API Information from MessageMedia into MemNet.
You can generate an API key within your MessageMedia portal, under Configuration> API Settings within MessageMedia.
Under Basic Authentication there is a Create New Key button, this will generate a new API Key and a new secret key. Take note of both of these keys.
Note you cannot retrieve the secret key once you have closed this window.
Log into the MemNet and navigate to Administration> System Configuration> Company Settings> Notifications.
Click Edit and enter the keys into the boxes labelled API Key and Secret Key. Click Update.
You have now successfully enabled the SMS features of MemNet, what next?
